By downloading, accessing, or using CalTribe AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use CalTribe AI. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

To use CalTribe AI, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Subscriptions and Payments

CalTribe AI offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly: $7.99 per month
• Yearly: $35.99 per year (Save 60%)

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

User Content

You may post meal photos, comments, and other content ("User Content"). By posting, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a license to display and distribute it within the app
• Confirm you have the right to share the content
• Agree not to post harmful, offensive, or illegal content

Community Guidelines

When using social features, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post spam, advertisements, or misleading content
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit material
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

AI-Powered Features

CalTribe AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze meals and provide health insights. You acknowledge that:

• AI analysis is an estimate and may not be 100% accurate
• Health insights are for informational purposes only
• The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice
• You should consult healthcare providers for medical decisions

Health Disclaimer

CalTribe AI provides general wellness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. The app is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

AI-generated insights, including satiety scores, glucose predictions, inflammation profiles, and nutrition recommendations, are estimates based on publicly available nutritional research and should not be considered medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before:

• Making changes to your diet
• Starting a new exercise program
• Making decisions about your health

Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information provided by this app.

Sources for our calculations include USDA FoodData Central, American Diabetes Association, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and NIH Office of Dietary Supplements.

Intellectual Property

The CalTribe AI app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Aura Crafts LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Crafts LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New Jersey.
